Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm shipment. All orders are processed with suppliers within 1-2 business days. Transit times vary from 5-8 business days once dispatched.
Shipping lead times may extend beyond the usual duration during holiday or peak periods, or due to backlogs at our supplier's warehouses. Should such circumstances arise, we will promptly notify you via email to request your permission before proceeding with the order.

Please note that estimated delivery times are not binding guarantees and are subject to potential adjustments. Kindly note that items categorized as built-to-order or custom may require additional time for delivery.
Order Shipment:
You will receive tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at info@adorecorepilates.com.
'Built-to-order'
If a product is labeled as "Built-to-order," we will reach out to our supplier to ascertain a lead time. Before proceeding with any charges on your credit card, we will confirm this timeline with you. If the lead time provided is unsatisfactory and manufacturing hasn't commenced, we will void the pre-authorization on your credit card and cancel the purchase. However, if production has commenced, cancellation won't be possible, and charges will be processed as planned.

We promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We provide estimated shipping times on the product pages. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-8 business days.
Order delays have proven to be unavoidable and outside of Adore Core Pilates' control. While this might be frustrating, we ask you to please be patient and understanding with us in these tough times. We thank you for your business and appreciate your patience.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs may vary depending on weight shipped and destination.
Our base "Curb-side" Pickup shipping price varies across brands. Curb-side delivery delivers your order as close to your building as possible. Please feel free to contact us in advance for a shipping quote based on your order and its destination. We aim to respond with a shipping quote same-day, provided you reach out during business hours. The curb-side option usually takes between 5-8 days to arrive at your doorstep, after your order has been dispatched.
There are custom options available to suit your delivery preference. See below. Please contact us for more information about these prior to ordering and we will make the arrangements with the relevant couriers.
- Threshold Shipping: This involves the item being brought onto your porch, or into a sheltered/garage area.
- White Glove Delivery - this includes the item being brought into your room of choice, any minor assembly, and all boxes and packaging removed from your house!
